A spectacular sunrise

The title of this photograph actually refers both to the stunning sunrise as well as to my favorite smoothie on the “Breakfast Club” menu. In stark contract to the queues you’d usually find at any given Breakfast Club, there was no one else on this beach that very early morning.

Every advantage has its disadvantage though… The advantage of waking up at 4AM? Experiencing the most spectacular sunrise after a long lockdown!

The disadvantage of waking up at 4AM? You are most likely the only “breakfast” available for the local swarm of hungry mosquitos.

Perhaps I was wrong about the absence of a queue after all!
